How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear on the double.
What is your return policy for workwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Please note that items damaged on the job site cannot be returned.
Are your boots and clothing true to size?
Most of our apparel follows a standard athletic fit. However, for our heavy-duty work boots, we recommend sizing up by half a size if you plan on wearing thick thermal socks.
Do you offer bulk discounts for trade teams?

How should I care for my heavy-duty fabrics?
To preserve the lifespan of your workwear, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners on flame-resistant or waterproof-coated items.
